It is sad to mention here that a district DIMA HASAO is being neglected due to its poor communication in all the aspects like Road,Rail and Network or Medias etc.Here is the place called Hatikhali bordering the district area has got no network for the communication purpose being very near to Lumding.The people over here too dont take in promoting it.If done it is not fullfilled.They \realise only when they are in the situation require for it.The Administrative of the DIMA HASAO district should faciliate with the motive of district development.The telecom chairman of the district should look into the matter in providing the available network in all around the district.It will not develop the district but benefit the people for various purposes.
